Oriella London ships from the United Kingdom.
Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking (where available) once your order ships.
Delivery times (guide). UK Standard: 2–4 business days. UK Express: 1–2 business days. International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on destination and method. We may offer free UK delivery over a threshold.
Risk and ownership. Goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you provide. Ownership passes to you once we receive payment in full.
Customs and duties. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes charged on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.
