These terms govern your use of the Oriella London website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
- Who we are. Oriella London ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@oriella.uk
- Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation/dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.
- Pricing. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. If we spot a genuine pricing error we'll contact you before dispatch.
- Payment. Payment is taken securely at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Your consumer rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Returns and Refund policy.

Products. We take care to describe and picture products accurately; minor variations in colour/detail may occur.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site or infringe our intellectual property (brand, content, imagery).

Liability. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
